Trip Planning
Once your procedure is confirmed, it’s time to plan your trip. Fill out our travel questionnaire so our Medical Travel Agent can create a personalized itinerary just for you. In this step, we’ll finalize your travel dates and ensure your trip is designed for the best experience possible.
Booking
After everything is finalized, we’ll send you a Trip Confirmation email with all the details and payment instructions. A 20% deposit is required to secure your booking, which you can pay using your preferred method. Don’t worry—the deposit is fully refundable up to 14 days before your procedure.
