Welcome to Mane Stay (“we”, “us”, or “our”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and the services we provide as a concierge for medical tourism, specifically related to hair transplant procedures performed by licensed clinics in Turkey.
By accessing or using our website or services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
1. Scope of Services
Mane Stay provides non-medical concierge services for individuals seeking hair transplant procedures in Turkey. These services include, but are not limited to:
Recommending vetted clinics and licensed hair transplant surgeons.
Facilitating remote consultations.
Coordinating appointments and procedures.
Assisting with travel arrangements, hotel bookings, and local transportation.
Offering general support before, during, and after your trip.
We do not provide medical services, and nothing offered by Mane Stay should be interpreted as such.
2. Independent Medical Providers
All medical procedures are conducted by independent, licensed medical professionals and clinics in Turkey. Mane Stay does not supervise, manage, or employ these professionals and is not liable for their actions or outcomes.
We make reasonable efforts to partner with reputable providers, but we do not guarantee the success or safety of any procedure.
3. Medical Disclaimer
All information provided on our website and by our team is for informational purposes only. It does not constitute medical advice or diagnosis. Always consult with a licensed healthcare provider before making any medical decisions.
4. Client Responsibilities
By using Mane Stay’s services, you agree to:
Provide accurate and complete personal and health-related information.
Make informed medical decisions based on discussions with licensed professionals.
Verify your own eligibility and suitability for a hair transplant.
Comply with all legal and medical requirements related to travel and treatment in Turkey.
5. Travel Disclaimer
Mane Stay can assist in coordinating travel logistics, but you are solely responsible for:
Ensuring all travel documents (e.g., passport, visa) are valid.
Complying with travel advisories and health regulations.
Purchasing travel insurance and/or medical insurance as needed.
We are not responsible for delays, disruptions, or cancellations caused by airlines, accommodations, government authorities, or third-party providers.
6. Fees and Refunds
Mane Stay charges a concierge service fee for our coordination efforts. Once our services have been rendered (e.g., consultation booked, travel arranged), these fees are non-refundable.
Any additional payments to clinics, hotels, or third-party providers are governed by their own terms and conditions. Mane Stay is not liable for refunding payments made directly to these entities.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
Mane Stay is not responsible for medical malpractice, negligence, or dissatisfaction with treatment results.
We are not liable for damages, losses, or injuries resulting from acts or omissions of third-party providers.
We are not liable for disruptions due to force majeure events such as natural disasters, travel bans, or political unrest.
Our liability is strictly limited to the concierge service fees paid to us directly.
8. Privacy

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Any legal action or dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Toronto, Ontario.
You acknowledge that all medical treatment takes place in Turkey and any disputes regarding medical procedures fall under the jurisdiction and legal system of Turkey.
10. Modifications to Terms
Mane Stay reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users by updating the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
